Rebecca Chandler solely founded the organization in 2001. She is a successful small business owner, public speaker, and philanthropist who has a significant desire and talent to help struggling individuals better themselves in all aspects including educationally, financially, emotionally, and spiritually. She has enormous contacts in both the business and political arena stemming from her "Mrs. Arkansas" involvement and her business participation. Ms.
Chandler, by being the chief executive officer up to this point, has clearly demonstrated her skills and abilities as the chief executive officer of this organization. The resume speaks for itself very well.
